Drive-up bays for contractors, tradespeople, and small businesses — secure storage with electrical service and pin pad access at Oliver Square, 6 Oliver Road, Uniontown, PA 15401. Off Route 51, minutes from Route 43 (Mon-Fayette Expressway).
Our contractor bays aren't converted self-storage units — they're purpose-built drive-up bays with features that let you actually run a trade business out of them. Every bay includes:
Store building materials, ladders, lifts, and finish work between jobs. Keep inventory secure and ready to go.
Stage new units, fittings, copper, wire, and tools. Load trucks in the morning, unload in the evening, lock up, done.
Mower, trailer, and chemical storage. Electrical access lets you charge batteries and power tools on-site.
Shingle bundles, coil stock, nail guns, and compressors. Roll-up doors make palletized material delivery easy.
Mobile detailing, pressure washing, pest control — store your work truck and product in one secure spot.

Yes. Drive-up access and roll-up doors make material delivery simple — pallets of shingles, lumber bundles, HVAC equipment, and similar can be dropped at your bay. Coordinate delivery timing so you or a crew member is present.
The contractor bays are for storage and working operations. If you need retail or office presence as well, Oliver Square also has 20 retail suites in the main plaza — some tenants lease both a retail suite up front and a contractor bay out back for inventory/vehicles.
